Website content describes academic-support pathways for general information. Submitting an enquiry does not create an enrolment contract, guarantee faculty availability, or guarantee any examination outcome.
Enquiries
You agree to provide accurate contact details and only submit information you are authorised to share (for example as a parent/guardian). We may decline or close enquiries that appear abusive, spam, or outside our subject/programme scope.
Outcomes language
Historical student outcomes mentioned on the site, where present, are contextual and not promises. Individual results depend on many factors outside the academy's control.
Fees & enrolment
Fees, schedules, and delivery details are confirmed during consultation according to the student's needs and faculty availability. Separate enrolment terms may apply when a family proceeds.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and design elements are owned by Vairavan Academy or its licensors. You may not copy site materials for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vairavan Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or reliance on general programme information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have subject-matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
