Our teaching mindset

The educator is also learning.

Teaching begins with understanding the learner.

Every student processes concepts differently. Our educators continually refine their teaching around how each learner understands and grows.

Explore Our Approach

What this looks like in class

  1. Observe

Listen to the learner and identify where understanding breaks down.

  2. Adapt

Explain the concept differently, with examples that make it click.

  3. Refine

Reflect on what works and keep improving the way we teach.
